Files you can open: lighting that behaves

A

Everything is built to scale, so a render can stand next to the real thing without flinching. Most of what we do is unglamorous — reference gathering, clean topology, patient lighting. The studio started with one idea: model it properly and the render takes care of itself. You will deal with the person doing the modelling, not a layer of account handling. The brief is the reference we keep coming back to.

We work in small numbers so every brief gets a real look rather than a queue slot. We show work early, in grey, so nobody falls in love with the wrong camera angle. Materials are the slow part, and we let them be the slow part.

Revisions are part of the process here, not a line item bolted on at the end. The same pair of hands takes a project from grey-box to final frame. The brief is the reference we keep coming back to.

You send the brief and the references; we send back something you can look at.

How a brief runs

Every project carries a set number of revision rounds, agreed before we start.

If a frame is not working, it is usually the light, and we say so. Revisions are part of the process here, not a line item bolted on at the end. The brief is the reference we keep coming back to.
